Zebro Smart Chain ZSC is native blockchain of Project Zebrocoin.
Zebro Smart Chain ZSC is ethereum based layer2 blockchain with Ethash fixed supply Proof of Work [PoW] consesus.
Go-Zebro is go client to run Zebro Smart Chain.
Zebro Smart Chain (ZSC) starts its development based on go-ethereum fork. So you may see many toolings, binaries and also docs are based on Ethereum ones, such as ethereum remix IDK for compiling and deploying of token/dApp contracts
Zebro Smart Chain (ZSC) is an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible chain which could be added to any of EVM compatible hardware, software or browser extension wallets such as Metamask, Trust Wallet, Binance Chain Wallet, Trezor etc.
Zebro Smart Chain allows users to deploy token/dapp/nft contracts using ethereum tools by paying gas fee in native token ZEBRO.
ZEBRO ZSC token maximum supply is capped by 10 billion tokens and all 10 billion tokens are mined in genesis block to prevent future inflation in total supply.
One can mine ZEBRO ZSC token by running ZSC node with CPU or GPU.
To run ZSC node you'll need Go client 'gozebro', just like 'geth' to run ethereum node.
You can either download readymade 'gozebro' for your system from here or you can compile your own by downloading source from GitHub here or git clone and compile 'gozebro'. 'git clone https://github.com/ZebroTect/ZSC'.
To connect to ZSC mainnet peers mine genesis block first using zebroGenesis.json, download herezebroGenesis.json file.
After connecting to peers let your node fully synced and start miner to mine ZEBO.
To run ZSC node you'll need Go client 'gozebro', just like 'geth' to run ethereum node.
